Bonjour Chers Parents,

Grade 5:

On Tuesday, May 5th we will be hosting our Open House. This year we will be joining the Grade 3 Extended class & the Grade 4 Immersion class in our Learning Commons. We will be reading. singing, dancing and planting a vegetable to celebrate the First Nations People. We have base our Open House on the following book: 'The Three Sisters'. Mlle Sinclair has read the book to the students today. Ask your child who Mme Mathieu, Mme Evraire & Mme Beraldin represent as a vegetable.

Parents all welcome to join.

WHAT?: SMY Open House

WHEN?: Tuesday, May 5th during first block

WHERE?: Learning Commons

WHO?: Grade 3 Extended, Grade 4 Immersion & Grade 5 Immersion.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

1) This Friday, April 24th is a PD day. No school!

2) Thursday, April 23th will be Mlle Sinclair`s last day with us. We wish her good luck!

3) It is that time of year when students are reminded to start putting on deodorant. It is getting warm and it can get smelly in our classrooms. Please discuss with your child the importance of taking a shower, washing his/her hair, brushing his/her teeth... and finally putting on some deodorant.
