Bonjour chers Parents,

What an exciting morning it was for the Grade 5`s. Mlle Sinclair, the student teacher, introduced the artist Michelango. She created a Power Point presentation giving the students information about who he was and the type of work he did. Then the students had the opportunity to paint like Michelangelo. Enjoy!

Grade 5:

Just a friendly reminder to have your child return the Take-Home Energy project. It was due today. I am quite impressed with the project. Thank you for taking the time with your child. 

The Grade 6`s will have the opportunity to be Michelango next week! Paintings to come...

Just a friendly reminder to have your child continue to read every night in French. Your child needs to be able to also comprehend the story. Please question your child concerning the story. 

Oral Communication: 

I have seen an improvement in students making an effort to communicate in French. I encourage and prompt your child to always speak in French. I will continue to email you with an update of your child`s effort in communicating in French.
