Yesterday, we had the pleasure to meet Mr. Finkle and his wife Laura Leonard. Mr. Finkle is a First Nation, Mohawk. All morning, in groups we created drums. The students worked so well collaboratively. They enjoyed learning how to build the drums. Here are our drums! Bravo mes amis!
Just a friendly reminder that we will be working on Procedural writing and how to conjugate verbs in Impératif. Your help in teaching procedural, could be by making a recipe, having your child give you directions on how to go somewhere, explaining how to play a game or writing down the rules,
Starting in January, I will only write in cursive. Please encourage your child to either learn how to write in cursive (not mandatory) or have your child be able to read cursive writing. Here are some websites to help your child.
